General terms and conditions for the use of the online wedding platform

• The “Account Opening Agreement” and the “Convention Compte Mariage Wedding Package” signed by the Client shall apply herein for the use of the online wedding platform.
• It is understood that the Bank’s books and documents (statements of account, confirmations of operations, etc.) will be deemed to constitute conclusive evidence towards the Client and any User of the online wedding platform.
• The Bank shall not be liable for any whatsoever direct, indirect or consequential damage occasioned through infringement in posting on the platform copyrighted material, defaming pictures or statements, slogans prohibited by virtue of local and international laws and regulations, hacking of the platform, etc.
• The Bank may, at any time without prior notice, at its discretion, modify or delete any post or image on the online wedding platform.
• Operations that need foreign currency exchange will be converted to the currency of the Client's account in accordance with the exchange rate applicable by the Bank at the time of processing the said operation.
• By using the online wedding platform, the Client and the User shall be approving expressly and without any reservation these general terms and conditions and authorize the Bank to use and share any information and data uploaded by the Client on the platform for banking services purposes.
• The Bank is not responsible for any dispute, controversy or claim that arises between the Client and the User of the online wedding platform or any technical incident or failure such as the nonreceipt by the User of a “thank you” message from the Bank or its receipt by a third party, etc.
• All information contained in this website is provided for general information purposes only.
